1. Acceptance

By using Riyo AI Bestie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Riyo Provides

Riyo provides AI-powered student companionship, study planning, academic explanations, image-based academic assistance, voice features, streaks, themes, notifications, and related tools.

3. Eligibility

Users under 13 should use Riyo only with parent, guardian, or school guidance. Users aged 13-17 should have parent or guardian permission before purchases or sharing personal data.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, safety risk, or violation of these Terms.

5. AI Limitations

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Academic answers should be checked independently. Riyo is not a substitute for teachers, parents, counselors, doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, or emergency services.

6. User Conduct

• Do not use the app for harassment, explicit sexual content, exploitation, violence, self-harm instructions, illegal acts, or fraud.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, payments, safety controls, or security systems.
• Do not use the app to generate exam cheating, impersonation, or harmful content.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid passes and subscriptions are processed through payment providers or app stores. Features, limits, and prices may change with notice where required. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the relevant payment provider or app store rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Riyo, app design, branding, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app anytime. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, legal obligations, security issues, or service discontinuation.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
