How to Request Deletion

To delete your Riyo account and associated personal data, email us from your registered email address.

What We Delete

• Account profile and onboarding details.
• Chat history and uploaded academic images stored with your account.
• Push notification subscription records.
• Study circle membership records where deletion is technically possible.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment dispute, fraud-prevention, security, or audit purposes. Payment processors may retain their own transaction records under their policies.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 15 working days, unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons.

In-App Deletion

An in-app delete-account button may be added in a future release. Until then, email deletion is the official request channel.
