Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid Passes

Riyo may offer day passes, weekly passes, monthly passes, subscriptions, and rewarded-ad top-ups. Access is activated after successful payment verification.

One-Time Passes

One-time passes are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or where duplicate payment, technical failure, or non-delivery of access is verified.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal through the relevant payment provider, Razorpay mandate flow, Google Play, or Apple App Store, depending on where the purchase was made.

App Store Purchases

If a purchase is made through Google Play or Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations are handled by the relevant store according to their policies. We cannot directly reverse store-managed payments.

Razorpay Payments

For payments processed through Razorpay, contact support with your registered email, payment ID, plan, amount, and issue. Approved refunds may take time depending on the bank or payment method.
